I offer two types of appointment which are then tailored to suit your individual needs.
An initial consultation is slightly longer for first time clients or those with a new condition to provide plenty of time for an indepth assessment, first treatment session and designing your personalised, targeted rehabilitation plan.
Once you have had an initial consultation, you can then continue treatment with follow up appoinments. In a follow up appointment, I reassess and review your progress, provide treatment and adjust your rehabilitation plan as needed to allow for optimum progression.
In Person Appointments
Initial Assessment
50 mins – £45
Initial assessment appointments include an in-depth assessment, diagnosis, treatment and personal rehab program. Treatment can include manual therapy and massage. A home exercise or therapy plan will also be designed and discussed for each client to suit your needs and to help you meet your goals for rehabilitation.
Follow Up
45 mins – £40
Follow up appointment to continue rehabilitation. The aims of the appointment are to reassess and monitor progress to help guide the treatment plan, continue with treatment and progress your rehab plan as needed to optimise recovery.
Virtual Appointments
Virtual Initial Assessment
45 mins – £35
Virtual initial assessment appointments are 45 mins long and include an in-depth assessment, diagnosis and treatment. Treatment can include guided self massage, stretches, and exercises. A home exercise or therapy plan will also be designed and discussed for each client to suit your needs and to help you meet your goals for rehabilitation.
Virtual Follow Up
30 mins – £25
Follow up appointment to continue rehabilitation. The aims of the appointment are to reassess and monitor progress to guide the treatment plan, continue with treatment and modify and progress your home plan to optimise recovery.
